Received confirmation of my second deposit today, and the letter says that they will contact me 'shortly' to arrange a convenient delivery date!
I can only change my spec in 'exceptional circumstances', but I don't have anything with which to check my spec - so I've emailed and asked for a breakdown.
No mention of the build manual I'd asked for.
